Postage
Postage is a flat rate of $6.50 for orders under $35 or a flat rate of $9.95 for orders over $35 for shipping within Australia and New Zealand. All items will be sent via standard post.

We will endeavour to post your items ASAP. Australia Post estimates a 1-3 working days delivery timeframe for parcels in metropolitan areas whilst delivery to rural areas may take an extra day or two. A timeframe of 3-10 working days is estimated for delivery to New Zealand.

Gifts
If you wish to ship to an address other than your own, it's no problem. Please email us with your requirements when you order. A gift card can be included at no extra charge - just ask!

International Orders
International orders are welcome, simply e-mail us and we’ll get a shipping quote for you ASAP.

Returns
We strive to give our customers excellent service and hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 5 days and we will send details of how to return your goods.

Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that the item is in “as purchased” condition and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item returned has not been damaged in transit. Unfortunately, post and package costs are non-refundable and we cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach us. If goods are found to be faulty however, we will cover all reasonable postage costs and either refund or exchange the goods. Please obtain proof of postage.
